Default Sanwa rx451r light not coming on

As title, when switching on the car, the light on the receiver does not light up. Therefore, nothing is working. Is this something that is common and is it something that can be fixed or is a new one going to be needed..

Probably a silly question but did you bind it to the transmitter?

Is the modulation type on the transmitter the same as the receiver? FH3 for the 451 I think?
Try disconnecting the esc and use a dry cell battery for the binding process then re-connect the esc

Check all leads, all ok. Can't re bind as lights not showing to make sure or check when it's done.
