I could do with one aswell, do KO not do a different battery box for a lipo battery or do you have to mod the AA one?

I run the lrp 3000mah lipo in my ko but the battery tray has to modded. I have a smaller 2200mah lipo that might not require the battery box to be modded but its in my 3vcs at the minute.

This is the 2200mah pack and is cheap as chips compared to the lrp

I also use the LRP 3000mah 11.1v pack and it's awesome. I race twice a week and get about 6 weeks out of it with no recharge. Just be aware that your tranny has now low voltage cut-off so you need to stay on top of it. It is very expensive though.

BTW - you don't 'mod' the battery tray, you just take some stuff out that can be put back in. There is no cutting or drilling.
