I (and a few others I know) use one of these:
http://www.actionmodelcentre.co.uk/p...od=JPD-4402900 I've used it with both Ni-Mh and LiPo and it is one of the best chargers I have used, I prefer to use it over my Much More CTX charger which cost about 3 times as much! You'll need a power supply with it too if you haven't already got one - the one I use is http://www.modelsport.co.uk/?CallFun...n&ItemID=23410 but there are loads of others out there, just make sure it is powerful enough (better to pay a bit more now for a quality product then get a cheap one and have to buy the quality product in a few months time - I learnt this the hard way ![]() Ian

Because they are both 12V chargers. You could use a good 12V battery (such as a leisure battery) but for ease of transport if you race inside a lot a power supply is your best bet.
The majority of the "competition" spec chargers are 12V. The ones aimed at the backyard basher etc, are the one's that are 240V.
