Hi,
I do not know if anyone on here can help but I applied for my brca renewal on the 30th of December. And I have still not received my cars. I have contacted Dave waters on the brca contact page. I've left numerous emails and voicemails on his mobile but yet no reply. I have double checked my payment to the brca and everything went through on the 30th December. Has anyone else had this issue, or any other contact details for them. I am disappointed with their service as they took there time last yr too. So far this has worked right first time for over 5000 people in a month. I suggest you drop a line to [email protected] asking Chris to give Dave a prod on your behalf. They'll want to fix it, so keep cool and let Chris have a go for you. HTH

Heard from a few who have payed and not received and in the time they payed I renewed mine and received new card and done someone else's for them and received card in a matter of days (2 or 3 days), it's a bit odd.

Well just to provide some positive feedback, I paid to renew my membership about a week ago, a few days later the card showed up no problems.
