Default Bmax4 II help

Hi all
It may well look like Ill be getting a 4 II and want to know a few things.

Is there another shell that fits? B4 III?? Or really close?

What pistons are recommended, high grip astro. I currently have the stock black and white tapered, anyone try the 2 hole 1,6/1,7

Do the AE pistons fit?

I can't seem to screw the rear part of the slipper down snug. It binds the bearings. I have to back off a couple of turns.
Is anyone running a spacer or something here

How do I adjust toe in the rear?

Thanks

Team Azarashi has made a body for the B-Max4 II, the "Womoog". Yokomo has a LW and normal body. LW body is included with the latest II.

Parts are harder to get (especially everything that's not suspension related), why not going for a III? I know the II is cheap at the moment, but support is going to be dropped. Even though the car is nice to drive I wouldn't buy it new. I still have one myself, but enjoying the III a lot more. It's a more modern car.

Shocks (in the latest II) are the same as the III and B-Max2. Don't know if AE pistons will fit, but Yoko's pistons are cheap and I would go for 1.6 and 1.7.

You can change rear toe with the Alu rear blocks and carriers.

Thanks for the reply.
If the shocks are the same then the AE pistons fit as I ran them in my mr2 when I had it.
ATM its all about $$ for me. Id look at getting 2 cheap used ones(usually with a few spares) and have a 4wd and run one as a 2wd.
Not the best maybe but apart from finances Im not looking at winning anything major and Im not doing EM here.
Its more for fun now as Im in 2 minds weather to pack in rc for a while

I hope racing with toy cars is fun for everyone..

If it's about budget, grab a II. They are available NEW for around 300eu and probably cheaper when you are looking into used cars.

If you are looking for alternative shells for the B-Max4(II), B44.2 bodies seem to fit quite well. IIRC I saw a B44.2 Bulldog on a Max somewhere on oOple.
