HI
Silly questions but having some issues with putting my gear diff back together. Do the two o rings, sit around the gear housing or do they sit on top of it? If the sit on top of it, i have a real issue trying to get the thing together but the manual says thats the way it goes together? Ive put them around it and it fits straight on. I ask as i found a pool of gunk underneath the gear housing and not a massive amount of oil in the gear diff. Any help would be ace. Here are some photos to try and explain what i mean. The first image is correct. I did use a bit of green slime to make a even secure seal, after a few hours of run time it hasn't leaked.

Your first image is spot on, there has been found issues with the diff leaking, another way to stop it leaking is to get another "o" ring (3 total) to make sure the diff doesn't leak.

Are you definitely putting the screws in the right holes? Looks like theres a few burrs on the wrong holes
