Hi hope this doesn't sound too daft a question.I have a novak 12v charger (with attachable crocodile clips) and use it to charge 4200mh battery packs from my car battery. The charger works fine but tends to take 40-45 mins. Now I have 4 packs of these cells and obviously don't wish to run 3 hours out of my car battery, instead I wish to use the mains in my cellar and the charger. Is there anything I can get that plugs into the mains and I can then subsequently plug my 12v charger into that, and then charge my cells in the comfort of my own home (a convertor of some time)Don't want to fork out for another charger. Thanks for any suggestions

Could I use a CB power supply for this? I have noticed they do them in 13.8v with a 7amp output!
