Unhappy Repairing an apex MU+ Charger

Can anyone reccomend a company in the UK that can look at/repair my Apex MU+ charger? It is emitting a constant high pitched siren which sounds like an error tone. I have tried it on both a 12V and 240V power supply (with correct adaptor) and it is the same on both.

Cheers

Mark
