I made my own cover.. if you drive TD you will probably have one of these that I used, any guesses?

bumping a slightly older thread, do you drill right through the slipper pplate or just as much as needed? Looks like I'll be doing this tomorrow moring for a big race (very last minute, being on dirt this is probably more important then turf that I normally run)

No. You need to keep the two flats on the ID of the outer plate. You just need to make the hole a little deeper.
Will also need to take some material off the two flats so it fits over the shaft.

Also have a little play with the slipper settings before you race as I found you defo don't need it as tightened as the stock slipper
