Default Optima mid custom special

Hi Guys

After the ZX-S is complete, I fancy a OMCS. Are there any NIP parts that you simply can't get??
Outside the Lazer range I think this buggy is gorgeous!

Cheers

p.s. thanks for the pinion solution. Vintage pinions and TM-7 Spur ordered for my ZX-R shelfer and MkII runner.

OT-69 (wishbones)
OT-95 (plate set)
OTW-8 (plastic belt covers)
OT-103 (random plastic thingy)
OT-122 (chassis)
OTW-6 (upper deck)

I'll ignore the usual wheel, tyre & shock issues.

These are the parts that I can't find after a quick look.
Let us know if anyone has this stuff.

Nick :-)

If OT-122 is the fibreglass chassis and NOT the metal chassis, I do have one here I could sell.
Might have an upper deck too actually just need to go through all my stuff
I forget what the OT-103 is, is that the piece that goes over the motor and attaches to the belt cover, if so I reckon I may have one of these too, I need to organise all my parts ....

For belt covers just go with the Marwan repros, the chance of finding the originals is very slim and really not necessary as the LWB belt covers are actually clear anyway unlike the SWB cars which had the tinted belt covers

Cool! Let me know when you've had a mooch. FG chassis is fine, unless Fiberlyte's carbon LWB optima mid will work?

OT-103 is the 'tape set', which effectively is the tape strips that hold the belt guide to the lower chassis plate, the foam/rubber tape that sits either side of the rear wishbone pin holder and the rubber section at the rear of the upper belt.

OTW-1 - the option stabiliser set is also pretty rare these days

Teambluegroove also sell bodies, belt guides and pinion/spur covers in clear lexan.
