Fantastic meeting tonight guys, some totally awesome racing all night and especially the B final, well done all, absolute pleasure running race control tonight.

My short visit(no jokes, you know who you are) tonight, made me realise what i have been missing thursday evenings, I have to get there more often and actually race.......

great people. Great racing, great venue and some proper fun to be had.

Missed out again ,my wife got called into work,the NHS need to hire more staff

Away next week then i have been told by her that i have a five week run
How am i ever going to get better if i never get to race ,
