Default 2 gearboxes 2 gear diffs both bind?

Whilst in mid motor configuration i have tried 2 new gearboxes and 2 gear diffs and when the gearbox is tightened up it binds?

ball diff in both gearboxes works fine but both gear diffs are not allowing me to fully seal the gearbox.

any ideas? ,there is no side to side movement in the gear diff so is it just too big ?

I had that issue, I simply loosened the screws until it freed up.
