Default First Few shells

Hiya Guys, just thought i would share my first few shells, not been getting too fancy, as just trying to nail my pin striping.. shading to come soon!!



Im amazed at just how bright that Faskolor Fluorescent Orange is! like i say, nothing exciting, only been doing it since christmas. But still loving it!

Hey if they really are your first few I'd be pretty happy with yourself.. Loving the middle one. ( personally I'd add the glow orange into the white space somehow ) but you're talented.

If my first few come out like that I'd be impressed.

Thanks for the kind words man, truth be told i have done 1 shell previous to these, but these are the first ones with the advice from people, such as scuffing the inside of the shell, and stippling the liquid mask etc.. those 2 things alone make such a difference.

Blimey these are very impressive.. Haivng had my first go at using liquid mask the other day I am very jealous of the quality of the lines you have managed to achieve.

Really like the yellow one, Reminds me of my first shell

The orange one, a little bit of advice. Try to make your Flames & Spike longer, When i'm painting I try to make the shell look fast when its stood still.

thanks guys, really appreciate it, never really anticipated just how long each shell takes!

Cheers Coleman, ill take onboard what you say about the flames, ive got a couple of interesting ones to do over the weekend! ill adapt the designs, and ill try start introducing some shading!!
