I am trying to get hold of the front CVD's for the S4. (Mine have bent (I think I need to put a tiny spacer at the bottom of the shock to stop the arms lifting too high))
Seems to be an issue with the JConcepts-selling-to-Associated-and-SMD-now-taking-over-the -distrubtion-but-not-happening-until-tomorrow-and-don't-have-any-anyway issue. I hear that people are converting the fronts to B44 - is this true and is it easy, or do I have to get the Dremel out again. I have two shiny XX4 ones if someone would like to swap? |

No if you are going to use the B44 front driveshafts you have to buy the whole kit unfortunatley. But you dont need the B44 carriers or anything.

Thank you for the feedback. Now off to order a brand new set.
Ben - Have you ever had the ends bend? Do you run a tiny spacer on the shock shaft (exterior)? Just in case it helps anyone else reading this Part No. : AS9749 (Full CVA Set for B44) Last edited by Benh; 30-06-2008 at 04:23 PM. Reason: Part number update |
