lrp sxx v2 help

hi all was out racing at yatton club sunday
and my sxx just packed up

i have checked
evething i can its just dead no power no nothing only thing i can see wrong with it is on the back where the sensor lead is it has split the case

has anyone ever had this ?

our is there any where i can send it to get fixed ?

Where did you but it from these are covered by a life time warrenty . All you need is your original receipt , download a returns form from the smd website and post. Easy .

I don't have the receipt as a x girl friend got it for me and I no longer have contact with her :-(

The BEC on these are weak. Try by applying external power to the receiver lead to see if it then comes on. You can get a new improved board for about £45.

Check the switch/switch wire it could be that if theres no power at all

Hi there I have checked all the wires all fine. it must be the board as every thing has just gone checked servo and receiver with another speedo and all is working.
First time in 4 years it has let me down :-(
Is there any checks I can do befor I buy another board as I don't wont to wast £40 to find out its not that would this be normal if the Bec our board have gone total loss of everything ?

Haw do I .
is it just connect the 4 battery box that nitro cars run into the receiver ?

Yes, leave the SXX switch off and use a 4 AAA box to power it up.
