Default Just ordered X-6

I've seen the light. What a car. Normally I shy away from conversions and the like, but I tried my mates X-6 a week or 3 ago and you just cant deny the facts. It was unbeleivable. I have never driven anything that comes close. So thats it. Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow and then I'll be in build mode. Anything I should watch out for? Any tips or hints would be gratefully received. I have losi shocks, e-speed camber thingys and rayspeed hubs and k-factory tower on back order. Also its coming with cr axles? Was told to get them. Thanks in advance.

Your bases sound covered, one thing though it's a personal preference. Use the stock B4 (FT ideally) servo mounts and drill the chassis. You can mount the servo a few mm further back which means you won't have to dremel any of the front area where some servos catch.

Also if you have the plastic (not E Speed) motor plate clamp, put nuts on the other side of the screws so you can do it up nice and tight and not have to worry about stripping the plastic.

Build directly with Ellis latest setup!

Wouldn't you still have to use B4 posts and mount further back to avoid dremelling as the front profile I've assumed is essentially the same as any KO or similair servo?
