Default Using a power supply to power tyre warmers

Hi All

I have a set of Tyre Warmers that use a 12v power supply. The thing is I dont have one (My charger runs of the mains). Could I just use one of those plug Voltage / Multi adaptors to run it? Set it to 12V DC and cut the power plug to fit onto the Tyre warmers?

Cheers

I did measure the current draw on my tyre warmers once, it was 3.5A at 12V, so as long as the power supply will supply at least that much current it will work.
