Default Electric buggy racers & full-size mot-ahhs

Just wondering what part of the full-size car "scene" you are most into - and whether that has a big influence on why you are into RC?

I'm going to try and create a poll and maybe you could give some comments too.

Personally speaking, I think I got into RC before I got into motorsport, now for me RC is like my own version of F1 (or touring cars in the 90s heyday). I spend all day dicking around with setups and still qualify with the Force Indias!

I was gonna say rallying but then I realised I don't really like it that much. . I like off road stuff - in fact, I like buggies. One day I'd like to go watch some in mexico or somewhere, that'd be ace!

There is no option for all the above (except F1).

I was brought up around classic and vintage cars, dad has always had old sports cars, vintage tourers, wedding cars - so I was dragged around car shows frequently.

So when I started to drive, I got into Mini's, then when insurance dropped started making them fast and modified.

Then when i crashed one, I went away from Mini's and had a Fiesta, went to cruises and stuff.

Ive also done a little bit of real off-roading in Range Rovers, not time trials but gate trials - or whatever you call that.

In the past I have followed various track racers - F1 stock cars at Belle Vue & Bradford, Mighty Mini's at Oulton Park, classic car events, concours and rallys etc.

If im going to watch motorsport on TV, then will watch WRC as I really admire the skill and balls those guys have. Love it. F1 I can take it or leave it, if it is on then will just put the last few laps on.

I put rallying i dont know why but i love all cars I like F1 i love rallying i love touring cars i dont like the american style racing where they simply crash into each other in a giant bowl. Thats rubbish i love overtaking on corners and out breaking people etc.
