Default Nosram istc v2 capacitor problem

I need a replacement power capcitor for
a nosram istc version 2 however cant seem to find one
I want a lrp/ nosram part really as i want to keep it under waranty
Any help greatly apreciated

It's just a standard electrolytic capacitor with black heat shrink on it, you are looking for a 4700uf 16v electrolytic capacitor.

£19 you must be mad to buy that just because it comes in a Nosram packet.
