Any advice for a dex210. Built the ball diff v v carefully and it runs smoothly. Attached the slipper clutch and finished the build. When testing in the kitchen, all I need is a tiny amount of power and the slipper squeals. Cant seem to get it tight enough to get close to being punchy off the line. Is this normal?

If its making a squealing noise then it could be your diff that's not tight enough and not your slipper.
Try tightening the diff an eighth of a turn and try it again

Make sure to use a very minimal amount of grease in the diff. I've seen a few over greased leading to the diff feeling good in your hands, but there is little or no drive when in the car and plenty of chirping/squeeling from the diff.
No harm giving the slipper pads a very light sand just to take the shine off them also.

Was it quite high pitched? Looking at the pads there looks to be a really shiny surface. I checked the diff so carefully but I guess it could have loosened after breaking in?
