Talking Wrexham Model Car Club - Off-Road Track!

Hello all,

Their have been rumours about an off-road track at WMCC, well please let me confirm this. We have been given the go-ahead for this new track and are going to start it this Saturday. Ian Bunting and a few of our members are going to be on site this Saturday between 12 and 5 clearing the site. We have a green caravan which is being taken apart and we also need a hand with this. If their is anyone who can come along and help this would be MUCH appreciated. I know this is short notice for this Saturday but their are going to be other days in the coming weeks where we are going to need help. Also as this project progresses we are going to have to come up with a track design and would like anyone who is good at this to help out as we want to start as we mean to go on and have a track which people are going to enjoy and want to race on.

If you would like to see a photo of the area and more information then please visit our website:

www.wrexhammcc.co.uk

It is ALL HANDS ON DECK so please please help us to create a great track in our area and also support us when it is built and come and race.

Adrian Jones (WMCC Race Director)

Shame I live so far away. I could have leant a hand.

Surprised at the area being used though. Thought you might have use the larger car park for the track and turned the area chosen for new car parking.

I take it it will be a propper permenant track?

Ah right, is it one of those optical illusions? where it's actually larger than it looks?

Should be good.

Does that mean there will be nowhere to pitch tents for overnight camping?
