The motor is on the wrong side??
Would suggest a standard car with a 3 gear box bolted on the other way around, unless they have come up with a genius solution to the lack of forward traction from this configuration this would be no better than the rear motor? |

Looks like one of the many independent suspension conversion various Japanese drivers have built using touring car suspension parts. The most well known example is from Grahoo.
Then it could also be one of several 4wd conversions that have been done as well. Quote:
