First of all put new batteries into the TX and the RC. Check the RX lead that goes into the receiver on the edges it may be loose.
If that doesn't solve the problem try and turn the punch/drag brake down a bit on your ESC and see if it still does it. If it doesn't then your batteries are dying and can't handle the voltage the motor wants. Finally check your capacitator (If you have one) to see if its damaged or bulged. If it is replace it. Take all your electrics out of the car and see if it still does it. If it no longer does it, it could be a problem with the car. Change the motor to see if it still does it. If it solves it, it will be the motor that is the problem. If it isn't any of these then try resoldering all your wires. You might have a dry solder or dirty joint. Hope one of these solutions work. Also try on a different crystal if your using 27mhz or 40mhz but by the sounds of it your on 2.4ghz. In which case make sure your TX and RX are bound together. |

When you have problems like this there's only one thing to do: Use the method of elimination. Change ONE item at a time until you isolate the problem.
Did you test your batteries on a good discharger that can measure internal resistance? At least measure the volt of each individual cell and see if you have a sick one. Tried 6 cells? (a pack you know is good) Try and change the motor also. I have an old B/L Nosram that started acting like you describe... they can be very sensitive to dirt and moisture...

did you say Spektrum receiver, if so, have you fitted the voltage cap on the receiver?

Thank you guys for this support i will follow those steps. The motor is brand new,the battery are good (used a few times, good values), servo is new, Rx is new, ESC is USED,bought from a friend and working ACE, Ko radio is old, app 3 years , module in radio app 2.5 year, tested a cap on Rx still no good.
I will test a another radio + Rx - ESC - Servo and batteries + Motor... this afternoon The spectrum have been binded severaltimes, no diffrent , the ESC is re set still same.. |
