New build - Fibrelyte Procat

Finally got most of the parts together so made a start on the build.

Still needs a few parts to finish the build, shocks, bodyshell, undertray & wing.

Can't decide on the shocks Cat SX standard or big bore. I do not have a set of big bore to test to make sure they will fit.

I have a boss Cat I'd like to restore - did you buy the fibrelyte stuff recently - do they still make those parts !

maybe it's just a generational thing, but to me this layout always looks like the absolutely perfect packaging solution for a 4wd car. cells and motor close with the motor on the centre line, saddle pack cells and loads of space for radio gear. lovely.

Its slicker than oil. Looks so good in full carbon, and NOT dated at all, in fact, yeah, a near perfect layout. Great thread!

That looks absolutely amazing! As Luke has already said I'm running standard cat sx shocks on mine and they work really well, they give much more travel and adjustability
