Sounds like a timeout issue mate, or maybe your hitting your download limit with your ISP?

Sounds like the only possible reason.

How's it set up Wes?

Wifi?
ADSL or Broadband
Have you changed anything, router?

I ask because I set a friends network up and his xbox we had problems with it disconnecting and it was down to the router not keeping the ADSL line open long enough, he could play for 10-15 mins.

Also we did have a problem a while ago with xbox live, dont forget the biggest game has just been release and lots of people are playing GTA , maybe its killing the xbox live network??

Of course you should be playing GTA and not COD4
