Default Tips for DEX410 building?
Hi all,

I want to start building my DEX410 tomorrow.

Are there any special tips you would share?

Is the manual correct?

By an M3 taper tap and use it to cut threads into all the plastic parts rather than use the screws to cut their own thread.

Get some good quality hex drivers. Fit the alloy servo saver arm at build time (much easier than stripping down later). Pre-thread the HD ball cups, as per TD website.

Don't forget fit the servo early as it is tight and awkward!

I leave the diffs & shafts till last, Take your time, Build them right. Pay attention to the shimms!
