Default B4 Squeal

I've just got a 2nd hand B4 an put a 9t motor in but hearing a squealing noise sometimes on acceleration, would this b the slipper clutch an does it just need tightening?

Tighten up the slipper completely and see if it still squeals.

Is your slipper fully tighten?
if so, it's your diff.
simply take off your wheels and turnbuckles, remove your cvds. So you can acces the outdrives.
mook where there is a bolt and tighten this one a little.

and test again if still to lose tighten a little more

Hi,

(This picture still shows the cvd's but there is a nut in the outdrive. Normally the bolt is located on the spur side like shown in the picture.
If not check the other side and tighten the bolt.

If you have any other problem feel free to ask

Default B4

Sorry mate, just seen your message, but the answers are all here for you.

Probably just getting a bit of squeal cos you have a bit more torque with the 9T and I'm guessing you are also using lower geared pinion than the 26 my son had in.

You did get the manual I emailed didn't you ?

It's all in there too.
