Default Road car style tyres for 2wd buggys

hi all my local club are trying to find an alternative tyre for 2wd buggys for smooth carpet and some slippery floor does anyone make road tread style tyres for 10th 2wd buggys I've seen them on tamiyas nitro buggy bu I've no idea where else or who else makes them.
