Helicopter antics

Heard a very funny RC-related story the other day down the club i thought I'd share because it was delicious.

A colleague from the club is into helicopters as well as cars and had just completed his newest, all singing, all dancing helicopter. Stunt capable and all, so pretty nippy and capable of tremendous climb rates.

As it was really cold he decided to try it out in his own garage, which has an 8 metre high roof. Usually not a problem as he's pretty handy on the sticks.

So he sets the helicopter down, turns everything on and hits the throttle. The helicopter subsequently shot upwards at insane speed, hit the roof and rained down upon him in kit form. He had done something silly with the exponential on his transmitter.
