help what oil to use please

I have got a hong nor scrt10 and want to no what oil to put in the the diffs and shocks only going to be used on astro turth for now

can anyone help

I used 7k in front, 12k in middle and 5k in back on Astro,

but they do make a big difference in how the car handles so something you should play with to find what suits your driving.
