Default Vintage rc10 gold chassis

i am a new user here but i am not new to RC hobby. i have a rc10 Gold chassis i had it for some time now.i was told the rc10 gold pan chassis came with aluminum rims is this ture? i had my rc10 since 1990 it had aluminum rims on it the front are narrow and the rear are wide. i was told they are rare and worth any where from 125$ to 150$ for the rims alone.

The RC 10 never came with aluminum wheels as standard as far as I'm aware. Aluminum wheels can be expensive, but I wouldn't know what yours are worth. Your best best is to put them on ebay for a low start and I'm sure they will find their own level.

RC10 Talk is a better site for RC10 related stuff, but make sure you read the T&C's as you are not allowed to ask what the value of x or y is

Those rears look more like truck size than buggy size!
Agree with what superdez says, they never came out the box with alloy wheels
Your car looks like a 6 gear with an aftermarket steering setup, so possibly had the wheels added by the previous owner.

I could be wrong but it looks like the 6 gear transmission where what looks like the slipper is the diff as opposed to the later stealth gear box
I was just commenting on how it looked to be updated from original spec in other ways
