Ko Propo FET 1002 servo install

Hi,

Does anyone know if I can run the above old servo with the brushless speed passion GT2.0 LPF V2.0 ESC. If so, who can i do this.

No reason why not. However, you will need to connect the 4th wire on the servo to your battery positive connection - you will also need the FET choke in line with this connection.

The other thing you can do is wire the blue wire into the red wire on the receiver plug. That way, you don't need the FET choke. The servo runs a smidge slower, but I never noticed any difference to wiring it straight off the battery when the car is on the move.

I ran one like that for years in a Losi XX CR (c1996!) without any problems. HTH

Cheers.. Not thought of doing that but seems a better way than wiring it up to the bat seperate. Will get on with that in the morning.....
