Default 4WD tyres

I'm hoping to try my 4WD on sunday (weather pemitting of course) but unsure what the preferred tyres would be .....

I run the usual Schumacher rears and cut staggered on the front for 2WD, would the same be ok 4WD too

Current damp weather - ballistic greens

dry for me - schumacher mini spikes all round
