Default DEX 410 diff screw question.

I have changed the diff oil a few times, the last time i changed the oil i noticed that the M2 CSK screws were getting a bit loose with the hex key.

So i decided to change to m2 HT slotted csk screws to make the assy of the diff quicker in the future.

I have just changed all of the screws over apart from 1. The hex is so rounded i cant get any rotation on the screw.

Is there a simple way to remove this one screw? Has anyone else done the same? Or is it just me DOH!!

probably dremel a slot into the head if you can. or if you can hammer a 1.5mm allen into it you might be able to turn it out then.
