As round 4 is the same date as the Petit meeting, some of the drivers will be attending the Petit meeting so there are a few places available - do contact me if you would like to race.

List of Entries for round 4

Entry fees are non-returnable for cancellations unless I am able to fill your place with another driver.

Please note that entry fees are £10 per class but £12 on the day if places are available.

Under 13 entry fee is £10 for rounds 1 and 2 and then £10 for rounds 3 and 4 and a final £10 for rounds 5 and 6.

Note: The Club has 2 sets of transponders for any drivers that do not have personal transponders.

If I fill the places with late entries then I can put your entry to the next round - because of the Petit meeting there are still a few places available - will see how it goes - I may fill the last few places this week.

There is no reserve list - we still have places left so I cannot transfer your entry to the next round.

Hi Dianne,

Sadly I definately can't attend on Sunday, as I will be in Newcastle. I understand that the club needs to cover costs and that this is the reason that my entry can't be delayed to the next meeting.

I have supported the chad meetings strongly since you started running them (and previosly with Bury) but I have a lot on at the moment and can't really afford to book in and then loose out if I'm not able to attend.

Having said this, Batley is a great club and if I can't get to anymore chad meetings this series then I will see you at the outdoor track when the weather improves.

Please let me know if you do get enough entries on Sunday.

Can only do this if there is a reserve list to take the places and as yet the meeting is not full so if you want to do the 4wd (as you had previously requested) then you need to enter in the usual way. I had messaged you earlier in the week as to how to enter for the 4wd class and gave you the option of paying by Paypal.
