Default Servo saver help! DEX410v3

Hi All, I have ran my DEX410v3 for 2 race meetings now and both times the servo saver has worked loose.
Is this a fault or is it something I have not done right. The car is awesome just need to sort this issue.
I have looked on here to see if anyone has had this issue but not come across it.
Thanks for reading.

Mine came loose on it's first outing mate. All I have done is used some thread lock on the threads, let it dry, job done no more issue

Mmmm I have had this happen but over a long period of time, not as quick as every race meet. maybe you can take it apart and put some thread lock on the threads and let it dry, this should give enough resistance to stop it coming loose but not lock it up

exactly the same thing. tiny drop of redlock (see what I did there hehe) and it doesn't move until you adjust it
