Default Spur Gear

Guys,

I recall reading somewhere that a smaller spur gear was fitted, my question is can I fit a kimrough 87 and if so what was used to make it fit?

the spur gears are b4 fitment.... directly...

Original TRF 96 tooth, Asso/Kimbrough 87 tooth but RW makes a 89 tooth !
