Default X10 lipo conversion

Hi,

Can anyone help.

I have an x10 running std NiMH saddles but want to convert it to run lipos and a brushless system.

How can I convert for the battries

Is it best to stay with the saddle configeration or convert to a stick layout.

Any help would be appriciated.

I'm new to predators too but have gone for lipos down one side, have been told the handling is far better, the original pred from mid 1990s started with this configuration I ended up selling x10 and buying x11 as it was Cheper than converting
If you don't want to do this then get lipo saddle in same space you have your saddles at moment, you will have to just drill new mounting brackets for batterys slightly further back

I've had a look at doing that but doesnt it clash with the servo mounts?

poss you may have to move them too
thgats why i just changed the car
the new chassis is about £40 and the servo is mounted on the other side so proberbly more bits needed there
before you know it its more cost effective to sell yours for 100-130 and buy a second lipo x11 for 200-250
you get all the nice new blue bits then too
