Doors open 9.30 am Booking in from 10.30am Ness should be doing bacon baps / tea / coffee / crisps / chocolate aswell  Please leave details if you intend to run as usual

I dnt no wat to do i wana have a race as i had last weekend off so i feel like i havnt raced in ages lol but prob is i got my operation on monday nd im in 2 mimds about racing coz i really really wana race but dnt wana kill myself or hurt myself for monday,mny ill cum dwn later on the day or sumit nd have one or 2 heats or sumit,would tha b ok?
