Default I found this; it might be of use:

This is what the Ribble Valley club have on their website, a list of basic do's and don't for racers and marshalls. Might be useful to have something similar at York. I have to confess, I'm certainly guilty of the swearing and shouting thing:

Unfortuantly when Col is marshalling it is inevitable to shout, as 99% of the time he will be asleep

Very good article, good find there farmboy. I think we've all been guilty of something in the guide. I had so much red mist last week I gave up. I am so ashamed of last week.

I find the marshalls at York to be 1 step shy of brilliant. The only way they could be more brilliant would be to always marshall my car first

I have to say that some racers who shall remain nameless, mainly since i have no idea who they are, i just know the car, persistantly fall foul of the revving it while it upside down, and before you've put the car back on the track, I'm still pretty new, so i dont want to just ignore the car until they've stopped, but it is quite irritating. Having seen these rules, i think i shall just be taking my time getting to them from now on until they have learned their lesson.

There are a couple of things i shall be taking into account from those rules myself though, especially since my arse has its own gravitiational pull, and ducking a little more...

Nice post Jezza.
