Can anybody give me a solution to a problem i have on my 210
![]() The right rear wheel is binding due too the driveshaft coming in contact with the T-nut in the diff outdrive when half way through it's suspension travel. Have i got the diff in the wrong way ? Haven't even run the car yet so wanting it to be right before i do.

Have you set the diff yet? That will pull the nut in to the outdrive. Also setting camber correctly will have an effect. Not sure where you are with setting up, so just ideas. Also, it's worth checking the nut does move freely in the outdrive without the spring in. Which reminds me, did you compress the spring a few times and check that it too is compressing freely in the outdrive? It is close, but shouldn't foul. My diff is also assembled in to the gearbox with the nut on the right hand side for your reference, and has been fine.
Only other suggestion is that the circlip has come away internally and the whole diff screw, thrust race, spring and 't' nut have moved over to the right.. |

The instruction manual is printed with not correct camber-link length. If you use the manual length, it will bind. Use the length in this manual: http://www.team-durango.com/pdf/manu...210-manual.pdf

Check the pin in the cvd, if it's in the wrong hole it will bind, it has been discussed already on page 15 of the DEX 210 Building Tips/Issues thread
