are the B4 wheels new?
what does useable mean.. been boiled off or something

no the B4 wheels arent new. But they have been acetoned off and are all clean on the rims. Some of them have little scuffs round the edge so did want to lie and say they were in amazin condition. I think i may have some fronts aswell but not many pairs.
