Default 502 not turning in well?

Just been racing at TORCH this weekend for the first time. My car seemed ok but no turn in and grip round bend, i was forever understeering.
I am running the JT Steering bridge so i have got something helping it
What camber and toe set up should i use. I also wonder if my slipper is too light, how have people set theirs up for astro. If i hold 1 front wheel it does not drive all wheels. Any thoughs are much appreciated?

Also does this fit the 502X?

yup it fits, have a set on my 502x, have you done the LM mod for the steering? are you sure you are getting full swing on the servo arm?
the LM mod helps heaps but then i have to run it without a servo saver to get full swing.
tinker a bit with the camber etc before doing the mod and if all else fails then the mod is your answer.

Yep as Dave says, do the Lee Martin Steering Mod, am i right in thinking Jamies optional steering part does the standard steering and also the steering mod when flipped over?? Make sure you've got a really good fast servo. I noticed another big difference when i got a more expensive servo.
Scotty....

Scotty is correct, our steering mod can be fitted in both ways. Ball studs forward will give you the "Lee martin" mod you mention, this pushes the ballstuds forward and gives more outsdide wheel lock.

Secondly it can be fitted with ball studs further back which reduces the outside wheel lock and makes the car more stable to drive, but as a trade off it gives less initial turn-in on corners.

I would firslty check the position of the ball stud, and if you still require more steering, bring the front shocks in 1 hole on the wishbone.
