Default Pinion Gears for 3.17mm shaft motor?

I'm going nuts here trying to find gears to fit a 3.17mm motor shaft. Can someone please point me in the direction of a supplier.

Thanks

What motor is it? They usually take a standard pinion size?

STD 1/10 car pinions use a 1/8 shaft (3.175mm), but these are called 3.2mm to round it off. Any STD 3.2mm pinion will fit your 3.17mm shaft without excessive play.

Hope this helps.

Cheers all.

It's a Fusion Exceed 10.5T motor - shaft diameter is 3.17mm

Are these RW Racing pinions a standard size? It doesn't say anything in the description.

Oh, and I'm running a 78 tooth spur gear (Associated B4), so I assume I need a 48DP pinion?

Yeah they will do the job. And yes you do need 48dp for a b4 spur.

I have RW pinions that are at least 15 years old that I still use. They are good stuff. Stear clear of the titanium pinons though as they don't take kindly to sand and grit. Good old fashioned steel ones work well.
