Default ASC7487 REAR ARM MOUNTS

What do the ASC7487 REAR ARM MOUNTS 2.5 3.0 3.5 4.0 change setup?

I'm most interested in wet/dry astro and how this might change rear midcorner grip.

Hey,

Those mounts increase / change the inboard toe-in. The more toe in the more rear grip / the more 'locked-in' the rear of the car is.

Thanks Mick! Can you also explain what you mean with locked in?

Hi,

What I mean by 'locked-in' is more traction, rule of thumb, more rear toe-in, more rear traction.

But then you can have too much rear traction, that will then stop the car from turning / prevent the rear from rotation through a corner.

It's all a matter of getting a balance.
