Default looking for grass-setup 410(R)

just bought a 410R and plan on driving in our Belgian-Dutch National this very weekend.
Does anyone have a good setup for a grass-track (very bumpy)? Pretty please/

thx guys,
That's lots of usefull info (here and via PM!)

I do have another question that will be quite noobish I guess, but I just can't figure it out.
When studying a setup-sheet, as this one:
http://www.team-durango.com/pdf/setu...g_27_06_10.pdf

I just can't figure out what the numbers (see top-view car)0.3mm, 0.0 mm, 1.0 and 3.0 mm stand for. I know it is a measurement of lenght ...
I presume that these are the kickup and squat-measurements-blocks? Or am I wrong?

And is 7.9mm a slipper-measurement (distance between slipper and nut??

thx for all help

Hi Lowie,
On the Top viw of the car the 0.5mm , 0.0mm at the front and the 1.0mm and 3.0mm along with the 0.0mm and 3.0mm at the the rear show the washers I use in the arm's / hubs to give the wheelbase adjustments.

The 7.9mm slipper adjustment is the distance from the top of the layshaft to the top of the slipper nut. You need to take off the outdrive to measure this, but it's the only definative method I could find to show where the slipper nut position is... It takes out the least amount of error.

This slipper setting is my 'Go-to' on most tracks, the slipper at this setting is on the slippy side of just slipping, I like to run the car so I can just hear the slipper. From here it's a half turn either way normally just to give a bit more bite or a bit more slip.

Each slipper could and most probably will build slightly diffferent, but if you build it to this, it should be damn close.

thx for all advice, lads.

I received the kit this week, build it in to days (evenings) ...
went to our last National In Vlijmen and had a GREAT racing day.

Now, I'm no expert and I'm no A-finale-material ... but I was able to race again, "fight" my position on the grid, ... with nothing limiting me but myself. The car was great.
I started with an Adam Skelding setup, with a bit of Craigs advice and tinkered a bit on the shocks (running even grey springs in the rear as the track was VERY rutten), anti-squat to 0, ...
fidled a bit with diff-oil... and got the car to my liking.
Best racing weekend I had this year as far as FUN was concerned.

That DEX410R sure was value for the money!

Thx guys
