Default probs with electrics in 22

i know this thread has been started somewhere before. but im having probs getting my electrics in the front of my 22. no matter which way i lay things out i still cant seem to get it all in . im using the following

savox slimline servo
spektrum micro receiver
std size amb transponder
orca pro spec vritra speedo

and running the car in mid motor using saddle packs

any help and pics would be greatly appreciated.

I mounted RX behind servo
PT ontop of RX
Speedo ontop of lipo pack.

This is the way i wired mine mate. I made a plate and mounted it onto the motor mount

I managed to fit my speedo in the front with a full size savox servo


i had my rx on the batterys the speedo behind the full size servo and the pt mounted on the servo

i will try to get a pic up

it doesnt help the servo lead being 10 ft long!!!!! lol

no worries bob. ive just opened my savox up to see if i could solder striaght onto the circuit board but there tucked in behind m8

I put my speedo (hobbywing 1s) behind the servo, then the rx up on the motor mount with the pt underneath that, all tight, but it works

i had speed passion speedo, full size spektrum receiver all on the chassis behind slimline savox servo. if i can find a pic ill post it up.

also turning your lipos 90' not only transforms the car but gives more room for elecrtrics

hi pup. yeah i remember that bud but the sp passion speedo has a better layout wires wise ie the receiver wire comes out the top and not the side like an orca.

this might help, what I've done in the past os open the cases up on Speedo and receiver and moved the exit holes by drilling the cases and hot glue over the old holes. Helps a little and stops wiresgetting chaffed.

I have cut and dremeled the side pods and sitched the lipos round 90 deg and have lots of space in front but i have secured lipos with aluminium plate and put speedo ontop will put pic up tomorrow!

Hi mate, do you have any pics of this? I am keen to learn what you have done to the side guards to switch the saddles around. I have NO ROOM in my 22 lol
