xxx4 setup

I'm looking for a starting setup for my xxx4 running on carpet.

Back in the day i used to run the following in the shocks,

Front:
Black springs
54 piston
50wt shock oil

Rear:
red springs
54 piston
30wt shock oil


There was a mod for straightening the front hinge pin using some of the touring car parts which made a huge difference on the higher grip tracks. Might be worth doing search or maybe someone can remember more than me.
