Default Laptop help

I'm struggling to update my iPhone, I think the problem is that my laptops OS(C is very full, it's got 60 gb of memory and 58.5 gb is used however my local disc has 229gb free, who can tell me how I can move stuff over if that's what I need to do without me moving something I shouldn't?

I'm not great with fault finding with pcs but can do some stuff!

Help!!

If you have a lot in 'My Documents', get its properties and move it to the other drive.
