Rear Pin conversion for the RB5 sp2.

Does anyone know where I could get A kit to convert the rear wheels to take the CAT/ASSOCIATED rear wheels? AS it would make running the buggies a whole lot easier.

Please remember that these Proline axles are the same length / resultant geometry as the original LONG rear stub axles, that means that you will change the geometry and width of the RB5-SP/SP2 and ZX5-FS2 with these.

By how much? And how much difference will that really make to an adverage club racer? I assume you talking about bringing in the wheels making the rear track narrower as the hexes are no longer there?

I am not sure these axles will still be made.

They make the rear about 2mm wider per side, probably too much to fit in the box with some tires on!

As for how much they affect the performance of the car you will have to try it for yourself and see if you notice the effect but it will be slightly less happy over the bumps and slightly less locked in on the rear end.
